Facilitate; To make an action or process easier
Clients and Customer Service
- As a funeral director, I currently facilitate client’s needs through organization, preparation, technology skills and direction. I provide to do lists, consolidate billing and advise on sensitive issues. This facilitation makes the difficult time of grieving easier for the family.
Experts and Consulting
- Occasionally while working with experts or consultants as an administrator, it is my responsibility to provide assistance in the form of information, technical assistance, navigation of the organization and general knowledge of the project.
Leadership and Management
- To facilitate leadership is to embrace the directional vision of the leader, and work positively toward a high quality end product. I effectively facilitate leadership and management through respect, assistance, productive working hours and communicating effectively.
Team Spirit and Cooperation
- Every piece of communication between team members either builds up or tears down team spirit. I chose to engage in positive spirit building practices like encouragement, kindness, respect and hard work to facilitate team spirit.
Work Force and Skills Management
- The desire for a better trained work force in today’s ever evolving world goes beyond the need for technical skill. Today’s workforce needs to be able to plan goals and accomplish objectives, embrace cognitive flexibility when serving clients in person, on the phone and by digital communication. I effectively facilitate the current and future succession of workforce planning by continually training, retraining and upgrading my skills.
