Our journey together starts here.

Develop

Planning and organization are key elements of successful businesses. Having clear, defined and attainable goals sets an organization up for success. Here, you will see how I communicate goals and objectives to clearly define strategies and map a plan for The Hanley Institute.

Facilitate

Ideally a team works together to ease the load of the rest of the team. Collaboration and teamwork is a vital skill in any office environment.  As a team member, I believe it is best to highlight each other’s best qualities. Here you can see examples of how I work with a team to facilitate seamless, efficient and unerring communications.

Manage

This price magazine is a small part of a full company re-brand in 2016 that I managed.  This was a collaboration of work with a designer, business owner and content creator (myself). This dynamic publication was most recently revised in 2020 with updated prices, merchandise and features.

Microsoft Office

Results from popular skills testing site TOSA indicate results as “proficient.

Client Focused

Happy clients is vital to the future success of an organization. Providing excellent care, efficient and quality results, and following the customer service policy of the organization create happy and lasting clients.

Organization

Experience with various digital organization tools including Google Suite, Hubspot and Microsoft Office. With the ease of technology, it is unacceptable to be disorganized.

Communication

A good communicator is also a good listener.
Clear output communication combined with attentive reception creates a balanced relationship between client, coworkers and managers. This includes spoken and written communication.
